A : Complete Prismatic Cell Manufacturing Line (1 GWh)
· Scope: Full turnkey line from raw materials/slurry preparation to anode, cathode, coating, cutting, prismatic cell assembly, electrolyte filling, sealing, formation, and final packaging.
· Cell Specification: Raw material to final Prismatic cell format 100 Ah to 648 Ah × 3.2 Volts.
·Performance Metrics: Must deliver 8,000+ life cycles at Maximum Depth of Discharge (Max DOD), optimizing internal resistance (IR) and open-circuit voltage (OCV/IV).
· Chemistry: LiFePO4 (LFP) Chemistry.
· Dual-Chemistry Option: Please advise if Sodium-Ion (Na-Ion) cell manufacturing (similar to the technologies rolled out by CATL and BYD) can also be availed or integrated on this line.
· Capacity Target: 1 GWh total annual output, optimized to run continuously across 3 shifts.
· Format Flexibility Question: Can a Cylindrical Format line also be manufactured within this exact same plant, or does it require a completely different process flow, distinct machinery, and separate assembly equipment? Please clarify your technical capabilities here.
MULTI-TIER ESS CONTAINER ASSEMBLY LINES (1 TO 6 GWH)
B: Multi-Tier ESS Container Assembly Lines (1 to 6 GWh)
· Scope: Complete assembly lines transforming cells into modules, modules into packs, and packs into ESS Containers with individual capacities ranging from 1 to 6.2 MWh.
·Incoming Component: Production begins with imported Lithium-Ion cells from China.
· Cell Parameters: Prismatic cells, 100 Ah to 648 Ah, 3.2 Volts, with a residual life cycle of 7,000 to 9,000 cycles at Max DOD.
